Our digital work environment is an important part of our daily work. Therefore, we ensure that our IT is continuously refined and updated. We use the UpToday cloud package, developed by Verweijen ICT, in combination with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite, and we always keep these systems up to date to remain resilient in a rapidly changing digital world.

All connections to our systems are secure and encrypted, so data remains protected during transmission. In addition, all incoming and outgoing communications are continuously scanned for viruses, phishing, and other digital threats.

Through regular maintenance, updates, and additional security measures, we ensure that our files, data, and communications remain as secure as possible. While 100% security can never be guaranteed, we work daily to minimize risks.

Together, we remain vigilant. We ask everyone to handle login credentials carefully, report suspicious activity immediately, and use our systems responsibly.
